About change of resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 62 and of October 14, 2025 No. 31
Based on Item 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.20 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 62 "About placement of goods in the customs control zone":
to exclude from preamble of figure "10.7,";
in Item 2:
add subitem 2.9 with paragraphs of the following content:
"the notification on placement of goods is provided to ZTK according to part one of subitem 2.26 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 to No. 509 and the bases determined on the basis of the risk management system applied by customs authorities are established;
in case of representation according to part one of subitem 2.26 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 of the notification on placement of goods in ZTK does not comply the conditions specified in part one of Item 5 of article 82 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus";";
in subitem 2.11:
add paragraph two with words ", and in case, the specified in paragraph eight of subitem 2.9 of this Item, - also explanations about further possible actions with goods";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
