notifications on placement of goods in the customs control zone according to appendix 1;

external submission of the notification on placement of goods in the customs control zone according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that:

2.1. placement of goods in places of temporary storage, except for the case specified in subitem 2.3 of this Item is confirmed by person performing temporary storage of goods by representation in Item of customs clearance of customs authority in which region of activities customs transactions concerning goods, the notification on placement of goods to the customs control zone (further, unless otherwise specified, - the notification on placement of goods in ZTK) in the form of the electronic document will be made.

In case of impossibility of submission of the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in the form of the electronic document for technical reasons, it is represented on paper in duplicate with simultaneous submission of the electronic file, the containing data on the notification on placement of goods in ZTK created in the structure and format established by the legislation for the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in the form of the electronic document (further - the file with data on the notification on placement of goods in ZTK).

In case of absence at person performing temporary storage of goods, the software allowing to present the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in the form of the electronic document or to create the file with data on the notification on placement of goods in ZTK, the notification on placement of goods can be represented by the customs representative for and on behalf of person performing temporary storage of goods to ZTK;

2.2. the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in the form of the electronic document constituted on the structure and format established by the legislation is submitted by its direction in information system of customs authorities;

2.3. placement of goods in warehouse of temporary storage or acceptance by their other person on temporary storage in the place which is not warehouse of temporary storage if at the time of registration by customs authority of the documents submitted for goods placement on temporary storage they are not placed in warehouse of temporary storage or in other place of temporary storage specified in such documents is confirmed by person who submitted documents for goods placement on temporary storage by submission of the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in the form of the electronic document or on paper in duplicate with simultaneous submission of the file with data on the notification on placement of goods in ZTK in case of impossibility for technical reasons of its representation in the form of the electronic document no later than three hours from the moment of placement of goods in warehouse of temporary storage or acceptance by their other person on temporary storage in the place which is not warehouse of temporary storage;

2.4. placement of goods in the customs control zone for the purpose of making of customs transactions proves to be true by submission of the notification on placement of goods in ZTK, except as specified, specified in part two of this subitem in the form of the electronic document or on paper in duplicate with simultaneous submission of the file with data on the notification on placement of goods in ZTK, in case of impossibility for technical reasons of its representation in the form of the electronic document.

Confirmation of placement of goods in the customs control zone for the purpose of making of customs transactions is not required:

in the cases specified in subitems 2.1 and 2.3 of this Item, subitem 2.11 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 to No. 509;

under advice customs authority about arrival of goods on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and submission of documents and data for departure of goods from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union;
