Some questions of compensation of government employees of body of the state financial control

According to article 6-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of implementation of the state financial control in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for assignment of special ranks by the government employee of body of the state financial control, its interregional territorial authorities;

The amount of surcharges to official pay rates for special rank of government employees of body of the state financial control, its interregional territorial authorities;

Procedure for establishment, suspension of payment, reduction or cancellation of surcharges for special rank, for intensity of work, for accomplishment of especially important work as the government employee of body of the state financial control, its interregional territorial authorities.

2. Determine that the government employee of body of the state financial control, its interregional territorial authorities:

1) the official pay rate is established according to the scheme of official pay rates on positions of public service taking into account families and levels of positions, the jurisdiction and types of state bodies in 2025 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Question of compensation of government employees on the basis of classification of positions in 2025" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 11, Art. 702; 2025, No. 8, Art. 674)

2) the length-of-service allowance in public service is established at the level of 2 percent of official pay rate of the government employee for each calendar year of years of service of public service, but no more than 30 percent of official pay rate;
