About modification of some regulations (differentiation of the warehouse and production mode in free zones)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "Expo business Chisinau" No. 625/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of October 3, 2006), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in part (1) words", subordinated primeriya" to exclude;
in Item е) parts (figures of "1,2826" to replace 2) with figures of "1,4896".
Art. II. - In the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding case.
2. In article 2 to state the concept "foreign trade activity" of the following edition:
"foreign trade activity - wholesale trade by the goods imported into free zone from customs area of the Republic of Moldova or because of limits of customs area of the Republic of Moldova and exported or - in case of the residents which are not using tax benefits, stipulated in Article 49 Tax codes No. 1163/1997, issued in free circulation (import);".
3. In part (2) Article 5 of the word of "Minister of Economic Affairs" shall be replaced with words "the Minister of Economic Development and digitalizations".
4. In Article 6:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Selection of residents is performed by Administration on competitive basis.";
