About approval of the Regulations on checks of road safety and about classification of safety of road net
Based on part (3) Articles 9, parts (2) Article 10 and part (2) article 11 of the Law No. 350/2023 on safety management of road infrastructure (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 474-476, 842), the Government DECIDES:
This resolution partially shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council No. 2008/96/EU of November 19, 2008 about safety management of road infrastructure, CELEX: 32008L0096, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 319 of November 29, 2008, with the subsequent changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 2019/1936 of October 23, 2019.
1. Approve Regulations on checks of road safety and on classification of safety of road net it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
