About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2024 No. 144

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2024 No. 144 "About carrying out experiment on provision of complex service for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, issue of the qualified certificate of key of verification of the digital signature of the legal entity and individual entrepreneur, opening of the settlement account and the conclusion of the agreement of remote bank servicing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 8, Art. 1112; 2025, No. 10, Art. 1069) following changes:
a) in Item 1 of the word "till March 1, 2026." shall be replaced with words "till March 1, 2027";
b) in paragraph five of the subitem "an" of Item 8 of the Regulations on carrying out experiment on provision of complex service for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, issue of the qualified certificate of key of verification of the digital signature of the legal entity and individual entrepreneur, opening of the settlement account and the conclusion of the agreement of the remote bank servicing approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "and within 18 months" ", within 18 months and within 30 months".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
