About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2020 No. 39
Based on subitem 1.29 of Item 1 of article 22 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To add Item 1 of the Instruction on procedure of designer's service approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2020 No. 39, with part of the following content:
"Action of this Instruction does not extend to objects of cellular mobile telecommunication (including means and lines of telecommunication), the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for ensuring their functioning which construction is performed according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2025 No. 301 "About construction of facilities of cellular communication".".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 14, 2026.
