About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning State Customs Infrastructure open joint stock company

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State Tax Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 19, 2025 No. 592 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the state company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 6, 2012 No. 234;
2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the state company under the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 1, 2021 No. 237;
3) Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 22, 2024 No. 256.
