About additional coefficients to rates of payment for negative impact on the environment
According to article 16.3 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that:
a) concerning the territories and objects which are under special protection according to the Federal Laws, the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment in 2026 - 2030 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 1, 2025 No. 2409-r are applied with use of additional coefficient 2;
b) the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment provided by Items 1 - the 5th Section III of rates of payment for negative impact on the environment in 2026 - 2030 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 1, 2025 No. 2409-r are subject to indexation on the additional coefficient established for the corresponding calendar year by the Government of the Russian Federation according to item 4 of article 16.3 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 10, 2025 No. 1034 "About additional coefficients to rates of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 28, the Art. 3989) the following changes:
a) add the name with the words "in 2025";
b) to add Item 1 after the words "for negative impact on the environment" with the words "in 2025";
c) in Item 5 of the word "arisen since January 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words "arising in case of calculation of payment for the negative impact on the environment made in 2025".
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026, except for Item 2 of this resolution.
4. Item 2 of this resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
