About reorganization of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The state institute of work on inspection of lands" of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The state institute of work on inspection of lands" of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) by accession to it of republican public institution "Republican scientific and methodical center of agrochemical service" of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine:

1) the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company;

2) main object of activity of the company:

the accounting of quality of lands including their economic evaluation;

conducting monitoring of lands;

carrying out soil, geobotanical, agrochemical inspections and bonitirovka of soils;

determination of losses of agricultural production in case of withdrawal of agricultural holdings for the purposes which are not connected with farming;

production of passports of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose;

carrying out design and exploration work on recovery of high-quality condition of the broken and degraded lands;

the state cadastral assessment of lands including determination of cadastral (estimative) cost of the parcels of land, except for lands of settlements;

agrochemical servicing of agricultural production.

3. To management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry and its departments:

exclude Item 5;

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2008 No. 339 "About approval of limits of the number of staff of the ministries and other central executive bodies taking into account the number of their territorial authorities and public institutions subordinated to them":
