About introduction of temporary ban on import of electronic cigarettes to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of article 15-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of health of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic against effects of consumption of tobacco, nicotine and impact of environmental tobacco smoke and aerosol", according to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish temporary ban for a period of six months on import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the following goods:

- the electronic cigarettes and systems of delivery of nicotine with nicotinic liquid in one case classified by code of the CN FEA EEU 2404 12 000 0;

- the nicotinocontaining liquids in cartridges, reservoirs and other containers, held for use in the electronic cigarettes which are also classified by code of the CN FEA EEU 2404 12 000 0.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illegal commodity importation, specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

5. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on import of electronic cigarettes to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 2, 2025 No. 387.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
