About approval of maximum permissible regulations of loadings for workers up to 18 years and women in case of lifting and moving weights manually

For the purpose of implementation of Article 139 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- maximum permissible regulations of loadings for workers up to 18 years in case of lifting and moving weights manually according to appendix 1;

- maximum permissible regulations of loadings for women in case of lifting and moving weights manually according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the maximum permissible regulations of loadings in case of lifting and moving weights manually provided by this resolution are obligatory for all organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and types of activity.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of maximum permissible regulations of loadings in case of lifting and moving weights manually women and workers aged up to 18 years" of December 2, 2005 No. 548;

2) the paragraph the twenty first Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 27, 2012 No. 656.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on authorized state body on control and supervision of the labor law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Appendix 1

Maximum permissible regulations of loadings for workers up to 18 years in case of lifting and moving weights manually

Note:

1. Lifting and moving weights within the specified regulations are allowed if it is directly connected with the performed permanent professional work.

2. The mass of the lifted and moved freight joins tare mass and packagings.

3. When moving freight on carts or in containers ongoing efforts shall not exceed:

- for young men of 14 years - 12 kg, 15 years - 15 kg, 16 years - 20 kg, 17 years - 24 kg;

- for girls of 14 years - 4 kg, 15 years - 5 kg, 16 years - 7 kg, 17 years - 8 kg.
