The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 5.6.1 "State registration in the State register of ocean ships of the Republic of Belarus or the ship book of the ocean ship, vessel mixed (the river - the sea) swimmings" (are attached);

form of the certificate on the property right to the vessel under construction according to appendix 3;
form of the certificate on suspension of state registration of the vessel in the State ship register of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4;
form of the certificate on vessel exception of the State ship register of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 5.
