About modification of appendices 6 and 7 of the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction

Bring in appendices 6 and 7 in the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2024, No. 101, the Art. 6454) changes which are applied.

1. Add appendix 6 with Item 209 of the following content:
"209. In the complex type "The Check Sheet about Ensuring Availability of Construction Object to Handicapped National Groups" the following data are specified:
1) the column "The List of Requirements to Compliance of the Project Documentation to Construction Regulations concerning Availability of Object to Handicapped National Groups" with such indicators.
Entrances and ways of movement:
width of pedestrian ways with passers movement constitutes more 1,8 of meter;
all entrances to the building, exits from the building, in particular evacuation, are arranged level with the earth, without arrangement of porch (in case construction type "new construction");
the transparent cloth of door shall have contrast marking;
the entrance door is designed without thresholds, or height of each element of threshold does not exceed meter 0,02;
sliding doors are used on the ways of evacuation.
