Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In "The list of the executive bodies issuing special permissions according to the nomenclature of the goods which are subject to export control, and also on categories and Sections of goods (works, services, results of intellectual activities) in the list of works, services, the results of intellectual activities exercising export control, performing before issue of special permissions established by the legislation and also control of use of dual-use goods in the ordered purposes", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 230 of December 15, 2005. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 12, Article 1230 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 116, No. 2, article 208, No. 5 (the book II), Article 612) to make the following changes.
1.1. Column 2 Sections "0A; 0C; 0D; 0E" to state categories 0 in the following edition:
