DECIDES:
1. Approve the changes to "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its sufficiency" approved by the Resolution No. 16/1-2 of Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2020 it (is applied).
2. Charge to Legal department (Rahn of Melikov) to provide transfer of this Resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic for inclusion in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic within 3 days.

2. In subitem 2.1.18 after the word "credit" to add the word "and also agricultural loans";
3. Cancel subitems 2.1.22 and 2.1.23;
