3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chief of staff of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of establishment of cost of researches, consulting services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of Article 14 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for establishment of cost of researches, consulting services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan by atomic energy.

Chapter 2. Procedure for establishment of cost of researches, consulting services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy

2. The cost of researches, consulting services includes the following directly used expenses:

1) expenses on compensation of the workers who are directly participating in service provision;

2) social tax, social contributions to the state Social Insurance Fund, contributions of employers to Fund of social medical insurance;

3) value added tax;

4) traveling expenses of personnel of the organizations performing researches (office traveling within the country);

5) involvement of external experts;

6) acquisition of materials (consumable materials, office supplies);

7) communication services;

8) transport services;

9) printing expenses (replication of blanks products: questionnaires, route sheets, cards, reports of researches, test tasks, cover, filing and document handling);

10) courier services (mailing of materials);

11) access to information databases of state bodies;

12) translation services.
