Regulation of handling capacity of bodies of Department of Internal Affairs and amounts of air traffic is performed at stages of planning of use of airspace according to the Rules of use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2011 No. 506";
