1. 6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) data transmission in ITS and/or in IAS TBD of the Situational center of Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Situational center);";

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) the vehicle type is in real time determined, the state registration registration plate is read out, weight and/or dimensional parameters are determined, photofixing of journey is made for complete scope of the vehicle and the photo of the state registration registration plate (the front view, side view, the state registration registration plate in front);";
