About approval of Rules of the organization of work of the automated stations of measurement

(In edition of Orders of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.02.2016 No. 220, 27.09.2018 No. 677; The Order of the Acting Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 18.11.2021 No. 602; Orders of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.12.2022 No. 756, 12.05.2023 No. 346; Orders of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 27.05.2025 No. 168, 29.12.2025 No. 452)

According to subitem 13-1) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of the special automated measuring means.

2. (Absattarov K. B) to provide to committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication in mass media, including on Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and placement it on the intranet portal of state bodies (IPSB);

3) submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on state registration and about the direction on publication in mass media within 5 working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekturov A. G.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
