About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning activities of the Public special service of transport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 48, Art. 407 with the following changes):

after part one to add with new part of the following content:

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 19, Art. 269 with the following changes):
