About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2022 No. 834
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2022 No. 834 "About establishment of features of import to the Russian Federation of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools and goods, them containing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 21, Art. 3436; No. 38, Art. 6449; 2023, No. 1, Art. 315; 2024, No. 1, Art. 252; 2025, No. 1, Art. 34) following changes:
a) in word preamble "According to Item 1 of part 1 of article 18 of the Federal Law of March 8, 2022 "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" to exclude No. 46-FZ;
b) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "in 2022 - 2025" shall be replaced with words "in 2022 - 2026".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
