About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2025 No. 87-Z "About change of the laws concerning enforcement proceeding"
Based on subitem 7.109 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67 "About approval of the Instruction on enforcement proceeding":
to exclude from preamble of the word "and Item 12 parts one";
in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by this resolution:
to add Item 2 after the words "in case of execution of the executive document" and "maintenance of these bodies" respectively with words "legal executives and others" and "(further if other is not established, - the legal executive)";
in part six of Item 3 of the word of "measures of forced execution" shall be replaced with words "executive actions";
in Item 5:
" (further - legal executives)" to exclude from word part one;
" (further - other employees of bodies of forced execution)" to exclude from word part two;
third to exclude part;
in Item 8:
word in paragraph one "The code of civil procedure of the Republic of Belarus (further - GPK), the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus (further - HPK)" shall be replaced with words "The code of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus";
