in Rules of karantinirovaniye of the animals approved by the specified order:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Karantinirovaniye of animals is not carried out in cases if animals arrive again, are imported, acquired, exported, move:
1) on the republic territory on condition of wellbeing in the epizootic relation of Item of sending and destination, with indication of data on them in veterinary documents and the database;
2) on the republic territory in case of identical type of division of the territory into zones of Item of sending and destination, with indication of data on them in veterinary documents and the database;
3) on delivery animals for the subsequent sanitary slaughter on subjects to slaughter of animals (the meat-processing companies), with indication of data on them in veterinary documents and the database;
4) for the subsequent slaughter on condition of wellbeing in the epizootic relation of Item of sending, with indication of data on them in veterinary documents and the database. Slaughter of animals is made in destination within 72 (seventy two) hours.
