1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2017 No. 324 "About approval of Rules of medical examination and survey in civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15325) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of medical examination and survey in civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
in Item 5:
1) to exclude the subitem;
add with subitem 7-1) of the following content:
"7-1) medical book of aviation personnel – the personal document in which results of monitoring of the state of health of aviation personnel are entered;";
add with subitem 16-1 of the following content:
"16-1) automated system of medical examination (further – ASMO) – the certified mobile (portable) complex of medical appointment included in the Register of the confidential software and products of the electronic industry including tonometer, the breathalyzer, the thermometer (or пупиллометр with the built-in thermometer) and the process of measurement of arterial pressure, heart rate (pulse), body temperature, and also determination of signs of the use of psychoactive agents allowing to automate;";
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. Medical examination is carried out by the expert. In the presence of the disease providing regular medical examinations, the expert appoints additional surveys and recommendations for ensuring proper monitoring.
When osvidetelstvuyemy person is nontransportable and the diagnosis determines worthlessness for health reasons according to requirements of appendices 4, of 5, of 6 and 7 these rules, medical examination of the owner of the medical certificate is carried out in absentia.";
