About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the List of some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made (further – the List), according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To provide to department of payment systems and digital financial technologies of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the twenty sixth, twenty seventh, twenty eighth Item 8, of paragraphs of the thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty first, twenty second, twenty third Item 12, of paragraphs of the twelfth, thirteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty first, twenty fourth, twenty fifth, twenty sixth, twenty seventh, twenty eighth, twenty ninth Item 13, of paragraphs of the ninth, tenth Item 15 of the List which become effective since January 1, 2026.
