1) in Item 3:
a) word in paragraph one "construction, operation of means of communication and" shall be replaced with words "construction and (or) operation of means of communication and (or)";
b) word in paragraph three "constructions, operation of means of communication and" shall be replaced with words "constructions and (or) operation of means of communication and (or)";
To add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3.1. If the real estate specified in Item 3 of this Article belongs to the Russian Federation, either the subject of the Russian Federation, or municipality (further - the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property), the agreement on use of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property consists the owner or other owner of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property with the organization of communication taking into account provisions of this Item.
Requirements to terms of the contract about use of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property, including order of interaction of the organization of communication with the owner or other owner of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property conditions of determination of terms of use of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property, conditions of determination of proportional payment for use of the property which is in the state-owned or municipal property are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
