About modification of some Aviation rules of Ukraine
According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2014 No. 520, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil aviation in compliance with updated requirements of Articles 21, 22 Conventions on the standardization of some rules of the international airborne transportations made on May 28, 1999 in Montreal I ORDER:
1. Make to the section XXVI of Aviation rules of Ukraine "Rule of airborne transportations and servicing of the passengers and baggage" approved by the order of the Public air service of Ukraine of November 26, 2018 No. 1239, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 08, 2019 at No. 141/33112, the following changes:
in Item 1 of Chapter 4 of figure "128821" to replace with figures "151880";
in Chapter 5:
in Item 1 of figure "5346" to replace with figures "6303";
in Item 2 of figure "1288" to replace with figures "1519".
2. Make change to paragraph two Item 10 of the Section XXV of Aviation rules of Ukraine of "The rule of airborne transportations of the loads" approved by the order of the Public air service of Ukraine of November 19, 2021 No. 1795, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 2022 at No. 29/37365, having replaced figures "22" with figures "26".
