About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 17/2020 on approval of standard forms of payment notices
Based on the Art. 191, the Section VI and the Section VII of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII1997 of (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release) and h (2) the Art. XXVI of the Law on modification of some regulations (relating to budget and tax and customs policy) No. 187/2025 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2025, No. 379 of 380, 491) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. "About approval of standard forms of payment notices" to state appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 17/2020 according to appendix to this order.
2. The payment notice on sanitary tax approved according to appendix is applied from the tax period corresponding to 2026.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
