About modification of some orders of the Government (provision of compensations for energy in the form of money payment)

Based on part (1) article 7-1 of the Law No. 241/2022 on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Provision o Item 26 provision of compensations for energy in the form of money payment approved by the Order of the Government No. 816/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 513-515, 930), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the subitem 26.3 of figure "450" to replace with figures "350";

1.2. add with subitem 26.5 of the following content:

"26.5. members of household registered income in type of percent on bank deposits in the amount of more than 4 000 lei gained in the year preceding the current year.".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 817/2024 about approval of formula of calculation of compensation for energy in the form of money payment, setting standards of energy price during the cold period of year and the minimum level of expenses of households for residential customers for the period November, 2024 – January, 2025 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 513-515, 931), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in the resolution:

2.1.1. in the name "November, 2024 – January, 2025" to replace the text with the text "November, 2025 – March, 2026";

2.1.2. in all text of the word "for the corresponding month" shall be replaced with words "for the corresponding period";

2.1.3. in subitem 2.1 of the table with maximum amounts of compensation to replace with the table of the following content:

"for the period November, 2025 – March, 2026

2.1.4. in subitems 2. 2.4 and 2.5 tables with percent of compensation to state 3, in the following edition:

2.1.5. in subitem 2.6 to state the table with percent of compensation in the following edition:

2.1.6. in subitems 2.7 and 2.8 of the table with percent of compensation to state in the following edition:

2.1.7. in subitem 2.9 "from November, 2024 to January, 2025" to replace the text with the text "from November, 2025 to March, 2026";

2.1.8. in subitem 2.10 "for December, 2024 – January, 2025" to replace the text with the text "for the period November, 2025 – March, 2026";

2.1.9. in subitem 2.11 of the word "the main source of energy" shall be replaced with words "the main source of heating";

2.1.10. state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:

"3. Minimum amount of compensation for the period November, 2025 – March, 2026 constitutes 500 lei. If compensation calculated according to Item 2, is equal or exceeds 250 lei, but it is less than 500 lei, compensation in the amount of 500 lei is provided. If the calculated amount constitutes less than 250 lei, compensation is not provided.

4. The following maximum provided compensation amount for heating is determined:

2.1.11. declare Item 5-1 invalid;

2.1.12. in Item 8 "till December 1, 2025" to replace the text with the text "till December 1 of the current year";

2.1.13. in Item 13 "from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025" to replace the text with the text "from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026";

2.2. to state Items 1 and 2 of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

"1. The following regulations of energy price are established
during the cold period of year for residential customers, depending on type of the used energy and the number of the members of household registered in the statement:

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
