About introduction of amendments to articles 29.1 and 77 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation

Article 29.1 to add 1) with parts 6 - 9 following contents:
"6. For the purpose of ensuring reproduction of the woods on the lands of forest fund occupied with ripe, overmatured forest plantings in zones of development of the woods determined by the forest plan of the subject of the Russian Federation wood procurement by the public institutions specified regarding 2 articles 19 of this Code subordinated to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation which list is approved by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with authorized federal executive body is allowed.
7. Procedure for forming and change of the list of public institutions to which procurement of wood according to part 6 of this Article is allowed for the requirement to such organizations, procedure for test the authorized federal executive body exercising federal state forest control (supervision), the specified requirements, the bases and procedure for exception of such organizations of this list are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
8. Wood procurement by public institutions is performed independently without involvement of other persons based on the purchase and sale agreement of forest plantings according to part 6 of this Article.
9. Wood procurement by public institutions according to part 6 of this Article in case of assignment of powers on them on federal state forest control (supervision) according to part 1 of article 96 of this Code is not allowed.";
