The paragraph the thirteenth Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"tourist product - range of services, provided for total price under the agreement on realization of the tourist product created taking into account the features established by this Federal Law;";
To add 2) with Article 9.1 of the following content:
"Article 9.1. Features of forming of tourist product
The tourist product in the field of outbound tourism is considered the created tour operator under condition if the structure of such tourist product includes services in transportation of the tourist from the Russian Federation in the country (countries) of temporary stay and (or) back in the Russian Federation from the country (countries) of temporary stay and service in placement to the country (countries) of temporary stay.
The tourist product in the field of internal tourism and entrance tourism is considered the created tour operator under condition if are included service in placement in means of placement in structure of such tourist product in the territory of the Russian Federation and at least one additional service provided by part three of this Article.
