Bring in the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "About bases of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5491; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2007, No. 7, Art. 833; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2281; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1323; No. 15, Art. 2066; 2021, No. 13, Art. 2134; No. 27, Art. 5146; 2024, No. 49, Art. 7427; 2025, No. 26, Art. 3514) following changes:
1) in Article 4:
a) to state the paragraph of the sixth part three in the following edition:
"protection of the rights and interests of tourists, including rendering to them the emergency help, ensuring their safety, and also providing easy access of tourists from among disabled people to objects of the tourist industry in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about social protection of disabled people;";
b) add with part six of the following content:
