RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About establishment of the list of alcoholic beverages for 2026

Based on part two of subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 429-Z

1. Establish the list of alcoholic beverages to which implementation of import the exclusive right of the state, for 2026 according to appendix does not extend.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
