According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan" for the purpose of accomplishment of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to international treaties and membership in the international organizations I decide:
1. Bring in the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 22, 2020 No. PP-4756 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for accomplishment of the obligations following from international treaties and membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations" the change directed to accomplishment of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to international treaties and membership in the international organizations according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Defence to compensate the formed debt on the membership fee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also its membership fees the next years which are subject for payment in the budget of the Convention on prohibition or restriction of application of specific types of conventional weapons which can be considered putting excessive damages or having not selective action, signed in the city of Geneva (Switzerland) on October 10, 1980, at the expense of means of off-budget fund of the Ministry of Defence.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov.
