According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 11, 2024 "About measures for elimination of corruptogenic factors in legal acts and to conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts" the Tax Committee, the Ministry of Economics and finance and board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide No. 562:
1. Make changes to the resolution of the State Tax Committee, State Customs Committee and board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of monitoring of justification of carrying out currency transactions by legal entities and physical persons" of April 5, 2013 No. No. 2013-7, 01-02/19-22 and 7/4 (рег. No. 2467 of June 12, 2013) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 24, the Art. 319), according to appendix.
2. This resolution is approved with Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
