According to the subitem 4) Item 6 of article 193 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the subitem 54) Item 15 of the Provision approved by the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2025 No. 526/NK, PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed service prices on tracking of the international rail haulings with use of electronic identifiers (navigation seals) realized by the national operator of information system of tracking of transportations.
2. To provide to space committee of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days from the date of adoption of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Space committee of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
