1. Declare invalid the joint order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 6, 2009 No. 166 and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2009 No. 351 "About approval of Rules of determination of procedure and terms of representation and form of the reporting, and also requirements to the provided information on the course and results of use of the connected grants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5797).
2. To provide to department of the international economic cooperation of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
