About modification of the Order of the Government No. 556/2019 about approval of the Regulations on acquisition, confirmation and development of professional qualification in the field of internal audit in public sector

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 556/2019 about approval of the Regulations on acquisition, confirmation and development of professional qualification in the field of internal audit in public sector (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 352-359, 862) to make the following changes:

1.1. 2) of Item 2 after the word of "training" to add the subitem with the words "and certifications";

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. in all text of the word "Training program" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The training program and certifications" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. in Item 2 "preparation, selection criterion for the admission to" replace the text with the text "to development, the admission and participation in";

1.2.3. state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:

"3. Within two years from the date of assumption of office of person, performing activities for internal audit, shall take part in the Training program and certification according to the level meeting the requirements to professional competence for post according to the this provision conditions.

Persons holding the state position of the main internal auditor and senior internal auditor shall conform to requirements to professional competence, conditions of preparation and to have the experience necessary for post, and also to have the certificate of assessment of knowledge in the field of internal audit in public sector (further - the certificate of assessment of knowledge) according to the level of professional competence necessary for accomplishment of job responsibilities issued according to this Provision.";
