About approval of the Regulations on normative indicators of sufficiency of own means established for professional participants of the security market

For the purpose of increase in level of financial stability, competitiveness of the financial organizations, according to article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on normative indicators of sufficiency of own means established for professional participants of the security market according to appendix.

2. Establish the following terms of forming of the minimum authorized capital of professional participants of the security market:

1) performing activities for trust management of investment assets:

- till January 1, 2027 - 10 million som;

- till January 1, 2028 - 15 million som;

2) performing dealer activities:

- till January 1, 2027 - 3 million som;

- till January 1, 2028 - 5 million som;

3) the owners of securities performing activities for maintaining the register:

- till January 1, 2027 - 4 million som;

- till January 1, 2028 - 6 million som;

4) performing activities of investment fund:

- till January 1, 2027 - 2 million som;

- till January 1, 2028 - 3 million som.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on normative indicators of sufficiency of own means established for professional participants of the security market" of August 15, 2011 No. 467;
