About increase in the status and strengthening of role of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in system effectiveness of public administration in the field of investment attraction, the status and strengthening of role of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Determine that the head of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic participates in cabinet meetings of the Kyrgyz Republic on the questions relating to investment policy and investment projects and agreements.
2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2017 No. 17 the following changes:
in the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
in Chapter 1 of the Section I:
- to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"The vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the deputy manager of Presidential Administration, the cabinet minister (the minister, the chairman of the state committee), the head of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The head of state body in case of the President (in direct maintaining the President) - except for the head of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of administrative department under the Cabinet of Ministers, the head of other executive body".
3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 15, 2022 No. 115 the following changes:
