Article 1

Item 9.1 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

The persons from among orphan children and children without parental support who were participating in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region and (or) carrying out tasks on reflection of the armed invasion on the territory of the Russian Federation during the armed provocation on Frontier of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to areas of holding special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, have the privilege to providing with premises before other faces included in the list according to Item 3 of this Article.";
