THE ORDER OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER - THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the Lists imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of goods for the production purposes, except for goods, imported from the territory of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for conversion and also the taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan importing such goods

According to Item 2 of article 134 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the List of the goods for the production purposes imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the goods imported from the territory of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for conversion according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the List of the taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan importing on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan goods for the production purposes except for of goods, imported from the territory of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for conversion according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of tax and customs policy of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
