1. In the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GNS No. 352/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 429-433, 2234), to make the following changes:

Appendix No. 8 to state 1) in edition according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

Appendix No. 81 to state 2) in edition according to appendix No. 2 to this order;

Appendix No. 9 to state 3) in edition according to appendix No. 3 to this order;

Appendix No. 11 to state 4) in edition according to appendix No. 4 to this order;

Appendix No. 23 to state 5) in edition according to appendix No. 5 to this order;

Appendix No. 24 to state 6) in edition according to appendix No. 6 to this order.

2. This order becomes effective after 2 months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
