Article 1

Bring in the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 2, Art. 198; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7362; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7638; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2026; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2379; No. 25, Art. 4400) following changes:

1) parts the fourth and fifth Article 60.2 to recognize invalid;

Article 60.4 to add 2) with part sedmoy.1 the following content:

"7.1. In case of the contingencies complicating the return departure of the convict at the scheduled time, under the resolution of criminal and executive inspectorate for the place of stay condemned the term of return to correction center it can be prolonged up to five days with the obligatory express notice about it administration of correction center.";

3) in Article 60.17:

a) the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. The convict who evaded from serving of forced labor is put on the wanted list of criminal executive system by territorial authority and is subject to detention for a period of up to 48 hours. This term can be extended by court up to 30 days.";

b) add with part vtoroy.1 the following content:

"2.1. After detention of the convict to forced labor the court according to Article 397 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation considers question of the conclusion of the convict into custody and replacement of forced labor with imprisonment.";

c) in part three the second offer to exclude.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
