About introduction of amendments to articles 3.13 and 32.13 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2012, No. 24, Art. 3082; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7550; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2511; No. 27, Art. 4160, 4238; 2020, No. 24, Art. 3748) following changes:
Part 3 of Article 3.13 after the words "up to three years" to add 1) with the words "and (or) handicapped children or being adoptive parents, guardians or custodians of the specified children, to the men who are single parents and having children under three years and (or) handicapped children or being the single adoptive parents, guardians or custodians of the specified children";
Part 7 of Article 32.13 to state 2) in the following edition:
"7. The women having children under three years and (or) handicapped children or being adoptive parents, guardians or custodians of the specified children, the men who are single parents and having children under three years and (or) handicapped children or being the single adoptive parents, guardians or custodians of the specified children which imposes administrative penalty in the form of obligatory works, and also person to whom such administrative penalty, in case of recognition by his disabled person of I or II group, approaches of the pregnancy or serious illness interfering serving of the obligatory works having the right to take a legal action with the petition for release from further serving of obligatory works is imposed. With this petition concerning the listed persons the judicial police officer-contractor also has the right to take a legal action. In case of satisfaction of this petition the judge issues the decree on the termination of execution of the resolution on purpose of administrative punishment in the form of obligatory works.".
