Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2025 No. 47 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
after paragraph one to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 3.11.2 "Approval of accomplishment on inland waterways of works on irretrievable extraction of nonmetallic construction materials" (are attached);
The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.11.4 "Approval of accomplishment on inland waterways of works on use of aquatic areas for needs of industrial fishery in places where they are used for needs of navigation" (are attached);";
"*" to exclude sign from paragraph two;
1.2. add the resolution with Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.11.2 "Approval of accomplishment on inland waterways of works on irretrievable extraction of nonmetallic construction materials" it (is applied);
1.3. add the resolution with Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.11.4 "Approval of accomplishment on inland waterways of works on use of aquatic areas for needs of industrial fishery in places where they are used for needs of navigation" (is applied).
