About approval of the List of seasonal works

According to part 2 of Article 170 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of seasonal works according to appendix.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of seasonal works" of November 1, 2001 No. 679;

2) Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 9, 2006 No. 82;

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 1, 2001 No. 679 "About approval of the List of seasonal works" of August 30, 2006 No. 628.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Appendix

List of seasonal works

1. Agricultural works:

1) spring and field works (introduction of mineral and organic fertilizers, preparation of the soil, spring sowing of crops, watering of crops);

2) procurement of forages for farm animals;

3) harvest works on harvesting of crops;

4) autumn and field works (vlagozaryadkovy waterings, preparation of the soil under sowing of winter crops, sowing of winter crops, introduction of mineral and organic fertilizers, zyablevy plowing of the soil, raising of vapors).

2. The works which are directly connected with development from beet of granulated sugar.

3. The works connected with conversion of meat in the period of mass face of the cattle.

4. The works connected with collection and conversion of berries, fruit and vegetables during their mass maturing.

5. The works connected with servicing of heating systems including furnaces, coppers and other devices.

6. Works on care of plants, behind lawns and other works connected with maintenance of health of plants and esthetics of the territory.

7. The works connected with acceptance, storage and issue of clothes and personal belongings of guests.

8. Works on watering of plants, installation and servicing of irrigating systems, control of humidity of the soil and equipment maintenance.

9. Works in forestry:

1) preparation of the soil, crops and landing of the wood;

2) care of forest cultures and work in nurseries;

3) field forest management works.

10. The prospecting and accompanying them works:

1) geological shooting and searches of mineral deposits;

2) geological investigation (additional exploration) of mineral deposits;

3) geophysical works;

4) specialized (thematic) geological researches;

5) topogeodezichesky and topomarksheydersky works.

11. Tunnelling, drilling and surveying operations in geological industry, mining industry and other industries of production.
