Make change to the Form of provision of the reporting on functioning of registers of unified information system of notariate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 17.06.2014 No. 134 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 18.06. 2014, registration No. 32710), with the changes made by orders of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 28.04.2017 No. 70 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 05.05. 2017, registration No. 46623) and of 27.09.2022 No. 202 (28.09.2022, registration No. 70256), according to appendix to this order is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
