About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2022 No. 275
Based on item 4 of Article 18 and Item 6 of article 243 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on organization of additional education of exceptional children and youth approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2022 No. 275, the following changes:
the second Item 13 to add part with words ", not the following in a row";
add Item 15 with part of the following content:
"In need of selection committee the specialists of other organizations from their consent having achievements in scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities on a voluntary basis can be involved.";
in Item 20:
subitem 20.1 in paragraph four shall be replaced with words the word "directions" "one direction";
add Item with subitem 20.4 of the following content:
"20.4. the characteristic of person from organization of the education realizing the educational program of basic education, the educational program of secondary education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of general secondary education, signed by the head or person authorized by it.";
the second or fourth Item 23 after the word of "actions" to add paragraphs with words "(according to the chosen direction of the educational program of additional education of exceptional children and youth in children's technopark)";
to add Item 29 after the word of "selection" with words "including on reasonable excuses".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
